• Secure and Convenient Pickup Option - You can choose to ship your order to a FedEx Hold for Pickup location.

Hold for Pick up and Other Alternate Delivery Options

If your purchase is a surprise, or you are unable to be home for delivery, you may arrange for your package to be held at a FedEx Ship Center where it will be held for up to five business days until retrieved by you, or the person you designate. Other shipping location options include a trusted friend or family member or your work address. Contact our Jewelry Consultants for help.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that allows you to track your order. For orders under $1,000 this email will contain your FedEx tracking number. For orders $1,000 and over, you can view the latest tracking updates on your order status page page.
